We literally have a problem here, and it is that teens need to learn how to spell that is all and of course listen carefully. Sometimes when I do not hear a name or sound different I ask them can you spell it for me. It is that simple. Their was no racism here. Just a miscommunication problem.
When I heard the guy tell the manager his name, I thought it sounded like “Monkeys.” Maybe he needs to use better enunciation. I’ll bet this was not the only time someone got his name wrong. Marquise (sic?) is an unusual name, and he didn’t pronounce it very well. Overall, this guy is a jerk looking for a big lawsuit and he POUNCED on the Chick-fil-A order taker.
