I’m shocked it passed in the first place. The Constitution clearly states that CONGRESS makes laws, not unelected heads of agencies.

I agree with all of you.The founding fathers never designed our federal government to manage our individual lives but whomever held power always tried, for example “Roe vs Wade”. I am 70 yrs old, and the worse abuse of federal power started with Clinton, carried on by Obama and has hit full stride with Biden/Harris! We, as a people, need to take back our country and oust these socialists in November!

I think ending the Chevron decision is good. However, there probably should be a addendum regarding temporary rules until each case in question can be decided. For instance, there are surely other illegal situations similar to the fishing inspections, that could bankrupt businesses or endanger individuals, and there needs to be some provision for temporary measures until someone with the money to sue gets involved.
Please remember it was President Trump who gave us a Supreme Court that is fair and will enforce our constitution…not the whims of Democrat presidents….Thank you TRUMP !!!
