And, when the camera panned the huge crowd,,, that was not just dozens, or hundreds, but THOUSANDS of people crowding a runway and airport. No way any airport could allow that! No way the plane could land there.
Think of how many porta potties and trash can they would need for a number rivaling a Super Bowl game. And, parking. That alone would shut down an airport.
