Those European countries have made private gun ownership almost impossible for law abiding citizens. Now knifings and beatings with blunt object crimes are up. And the criminals are STILL able to get their guns. Outlawing guns from law abiding citizens doesn’t stop criminals. They just find another way to kill their victims. They can make homemade bombs from household chemicals. Look at the Okie City bombing in the early 1990s. Dry fertilizer and diesel fuel is all it took to kill several people and damage numerous buildings in downtown Okie City. Not a single gun was used, legally or illegally acquired.
